2023 Social Responsibility Achievements
- Named a “Best Place for Working Parents” by a national initiative in partnership with the Dallas Regional Chamber.
- 28% of corporate management roles held by women and 25% by employees from diverse racial or ethnic backgrounds.
- 100% of employees completed a required annual “Preventing Workplace Harassment” training course.
- Employees completed approximately 32,000 online and classroom courses comprising approximately 27,000 hours, including over 10,000 hours of required safety training.
- 70% of employees and their spouses participated in our wellness program by getting an annual physical and age-appropriate health screening.
- Employees volunteered almost 1,500 hours, representing approximately $76,000 in donated time.¹ When combined with employee-led fundraisers and other community giving efforts, EnLink and our employees donated approximately $110,000 to community nonprofits, a 144% increase over 2022 community impact dollars.
- 79% of community donations in 2023 went directly to first response groups in the areas where our assets are located.
