Our midstream assets and services connect upstream production with downstream consumption, including gas utilities and industrial users that drive the economy. Our assets serve as a component of the essential, heavily regulated midstream industry that gathers, processes, transports, stores, and fractionates natural resources to provide feedstocks for power plants, petrochemical plants, and other end users and ultimately creates the products that we use in our everyday lives. In addition, we are playing a role in the energy transformation through our Carbon Solutions business, which provides CO₂ transportation for carbon capture and sequestration projects that are an important part of reducing industrial emissions.
